Richard F. Morgan has over thirty years in the healthcare industry. He was formerly President and Chief Executive Officer of Financial Health Services. Financial Health Services is a business unit of First Data Corporation. FHS provides management services to over 150 hospitals throughout the United States. The company specializes in the out-sourcing of hospital receivables. Mr. Morgan was also with HBO & Company for five years, serving as Vice President of the Physician Services Division. He was Executive Vice President and one of the founders of Artrac, a software company supplying systems and services to hospitals nationally. Mr. Morgan spends his time in operations, sales and marketing and strategic direction for the company.
Executive Vice President
Lisa Raymaker has over twenty years of experience in marketing, management and client service. After a career in the market research industry, she joined NovaNet in 2001 as Provider Relations Coordinator, then moved into the Manager of Network Development role, followed by Director of Network Services and Vice President of Network Operations capacities. In her current role, Mrs. Raymaker is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, implementing and supporting employer groups, and overseeing the Network Development, Provider Relations and Claims staff. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Belmont University in Nashville, TN.
Vice President of Client Development
John Folks has over twenty-five years of experience in the healthcare industry, joining NovaNet through its acquisition of Tennessee Healthcare in 2009. At Tennessee Healthcare, he led workers compensation product development and client management in Tennessee. He continues that role with NovaNet, expanding it to a national platform. John’s previous work experience includes sales and marketing in property and casualty insurance, catastrophic loss contingency planning and leading Humana’s Tennessee workers compensation program.
Vice President of Business Development
Jordan Morgan joined NovaNet in 2009 as the Director of Business Development and moved into his current role in 2014. Jordan has over 10 years of sales/marketing experience in Managed Healthcare and the Medical Equipment Industry. His focus is on generating new business from both new and existing clients, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with clients. Jordan has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia.
Director of Network Services
Cathy Blanz has over 25 years of experience in the health care industry with expertise in provider contracting and network development. After graduating from Stetson University, in DeLand, Florida, she began her career in the Customer Service, Provider Relations and Provider Contracting Departments of a large commercial payor. Her experience while in the Atlanta area includes contracting health care providers for commercial payors, PPO networks and Government (Medicare/Medicaid) Plans. Most recently, Cathy was responsible for contracting nationally based providers including implementation of locations in multiple states, as well as handling elevated provider service and payment issues. Her focus at NovaNet is managing the network development staff, building out the network across all product lines and facilitating NovaNet's national Affiliate Network.

Dawn Rushing Dawn Rushing joined NovaNet in September of 2014, bringing over 20 years of experience in customer service and communications. Dawn’s responsibilities include provider recruitment strategy, contracting, credentialing and maintaining provider data.

Denise Axmacher joined NovaNet in January 2015 with over 25 years of experience in customer service, communications, data entry and process streamlining. Ms. Axmacher has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from DeVry University. Her focus is customer service, managing provider demographics, contracting and credentialing of new providers.
Melody Alexander has over nineteen years experience in Information Systems. She has worked several hardware and software platforms and she specializes in all aspects of data management and data flow. Melody joined NovaNet in November of 2000. Her main responsibilities include maintaining the database of NovaNet providers and managing the data flow between all parties involved. Mrs. Alexander has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Louisiana Tech. University. She resides in Lawrenceville, Georgia
Information Systems Coordinator
Mandy Gillis has over 13 years of experience in the healthcare industry, which includes managed care. She joined NovaNet in 2007 and is responsible for database management, data development, and reporting. Mrs. Gillis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Wesleyan University and a Health Science Associates degree in Health Information Management from Midlands Technical College. She is a Registered Health Information Technician credentialed by the American Health Information Management Association.
Information Systems Specialist
Renee Vanderburgh joined NovaNet in November 2011 with over 20 years of experience in database management. She has worked with some of the country’s largest data providers and has experience providing standards, guidelines, processes and expertise to consistently address recurring strategic data issues such as data convergence, data standards and data integration. Renee is responsible for data analysis and reporting, as well as data imports and exports, for all of NovaNet’s product lines.
